In my supervised student bar placement, I served drinks and light meals at busy events , kept the station organised and stayed visible and approachable on the floor. When customers raised requests or complaints, I resolved straightforward issues promptly and referred other matters to the supervising team member. This experience has prepared me to respond courteously and help keep service moving in your bar and restaurant.
