I have five years’ experience designing water, wastewater and utility infrastructure, including AMP schemes , and hold a BEng in Civil Engineering. The opportunity to contribute to clean-water and wastewater projects within a multidisciplinary team is a strong match for my experience coordinating civil designs with MEICA requirements. In my current role, I develop design packages for treatment-site upgrades, turning survey and engineering information into coordinated layouts, foundations and below-ground structures. For example, I have worked with site teams to resolve buildability issues before designs are released for construction, and prepare technical notes and design responses to close out queries through construction, installation and commissioning. My work has been recognised with a 2025 project delivery commendation for clear technical notes and timely resolution of site design queries. I produce drawings and calculations using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and model drainage proposals in MicroDrainage. My experience includes interpreting topographical, geotechnical and structural information; applying WIMES, Sewerage Sector Guidance and Building Regulations; and contributing to CDM design risk reviews and temporary and permanent works planning. I am used to coordinating with mechanical, electrical and ICA colleagues, consultants, suppliers and delivery teams, with attention to safe access, maintainability and whole-life performance. Northmere’s focus on water and wastewater infrastructure , including AMP programmes, is directly relevant to the work I have developed across my career. I would value the chance to contribute that practical design and delivery experience while continuing to grow within your multidisciplinary team. I hold a full UK driving licence.
