At Alderwick, I introduced risk-ranked vulnerability governance with accountable service owners , documented impact assessments and regular senior updates. Earlier, at Mersey Crown Bank, I reworked access review schedules with application owners so overdue attestations and unresolved exceptions were visible to control owners. These experiences match Northmere’s need for owned findings, effective access processes and reporting that supports action. My background combines hands-on security operations with communication to senior stakeholders. I have consolidated group, UK and open-source threat intelligence into executive briefings , presented incident trends and remediation risks to technology and risk committees, and used MITRE ATT&CK to structure threat scenarios and tabletop exercises. I hold CISSP and CISM credentials, and would bring Northmere practical leadership grounded in financial services, sound risk judgement and a commitment to improving operational security.
