The opportunity to set architectural direction and guide practical designs from proposal through delivery is a close match for the work I do now and the work I want to continue doing. At Cairnbridge Building Society, I set architecture direction for infrastructure and customer-service platforms, lead design authority reviews and maintain principles, standards, decision records and lifecycle documentation. I assess proposals against business and customer needs, functional and non-functional requirements, security controls and operational support. Across my roles, I have applied a cybersecurity-first approach and documented how designs address FCA and PRA requirements , TCF and Data Protection/GDPR. I work collaboratively with Business Analysts, project managers, technology teams and suppliers, and mentor colleagues through peer reviews and knowledge-sharing.
