In my retail demand analysis project, I used Excel to inspect source files, then cleaned, validated and reshaped a 24,000-row dataset with Python and pandas. I joined product, sales and stock tables with optimised SQL queries , documented my assumptions and checked totals against the source records. I then built Tableau and Microsoft Power BI dashboards so a student review panel could compare product categories and seasonal patterns. This work developed my ability to make analysis traceable and explain findings clearly. My other project work has given me a practical grounding in AI fundamentals and responsible adoption. In Microsoft lab exercises , I assessed sample AI scenarios, data inputs and the need for human review; in a simulated Copilot administration exercise, I documented access considerations and a checklist for reviewing agent settings. I have completed the four certifications named in your programme and value the opportunity to keep developing through mentor guidance and practical work.
