In my current role, I lead school operations across student-facing services, finance administration, procurement, facilities and digital support, managing and developing a team of eight. I coordinate purchasing, travel, deliveries, expenses and financial approvals , and work with the central University IT Service to turn staff and student needs into prioritised digital service improvements . This combination of team leadership and hands-on operational responsibility matches the breadth of the post. A recent example of my project delivery was coordinating a staff relocation alongside capital project requirements and office allocations, maintaining services throughout the transition. My work on this complex relocation was recognised by a faculty executive team in 2024 for calm coordination and continuity of student services. I have also delivered a digital request and tracking process at Pennine Metropolitan University, reducing avoidable hand-offs and making progress clearer to staff and students. I bring 18 years of higher education operations experience, including Academic Workload Allocation modelling , financial and procurement processes, matrix collaboration , policy implementation and planning with senior colleagues. My BA in Business and Management, PRINCE2 Foundation qualification and professional development in higher education services and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion support this practical background.
