The role’s combination of annual review support, thoughtful client communication and sound governance matches the work I do and the standards I value. In my current role as Senior Paraplanner at Whitcombe Financial Planning, I prepare suitability reports and supporting advice documents across investment, retirement, protection, estate and tax planning. For annual reviews , I build and review Voyant cashflow scenarios , test assumptions with planners and explain the implications clearly for client discussions. I also analyse product and policy features, benefits, charges and risks, documenting the rationale for recommendations in line with governance and regulatory requirements. I bring the qualifications and systems experience sought for this position: the Level 4 CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning , alongside practical use of Xplan , RID, Voyant and centrally devised tools and templates. My earlier paraplanning work included drafting reports and PowerPoint materials, preparing meeting agendas and follow-up notes, and responding to routine client enquiries. These responsibilities have strengthened my report-writing, numeracy and ability to make technical information accessible. Northbridge’s emphasis on working closely with planners to deliver ongoing client service particularly appeals to me. I value the balance of independent case ownership and close collaboration, and I have applied manager feedback to improve client-facing explanations and deliver compliant work to agreed deadlines. I have also supported a new paraplanning colleague with case-file conventions and report quality checks, reflecting the dependable, constructive approach I would bring to your team.
