I also lead subcontract tender exercises against site programmes, compare returns and clarify scope before preparing recommendations. This combination of accurate reporting and programme-aware procurement directly matches your requirements. My experience extends from tendering and valuations through to final account settlement, joint venture reporting and subcontractor performance follow-up. For example, I review subcontractor applications and variation evidence against contract terms and measured work, helping keep records clear and address disagreements before account close-out.
