In my current role at Redstone University Health, I coordinate faculty calendars and clinical priorities across cardiovascular services. My earlier role at Lakeshore Medical College strengthened the service and teamwork this position calls for. I triaged calls, mail, and visitor requests for two department administrators, coordinated speaker and candidate visits with ground transportation and clear host schedules, and covered administrative queues during absences. Across both roles, I have maintained faculty CVs and correspondence and handled sensitive records with discretion. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration and use Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Workspace, and Zoom. I also have working knowledge of Emburse , QGenda, MiChart, MiCME, Elements, CTP, Cornerstone, and Wolverine Access .
