I have used Epic training workflows and Salesforce sandbox exercises, and I hold an Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Technology. Cedarbrook’s focus on connecting eligible patients and members with Health Management programs is a strong fit for my bilingual outreach experience. In a supervised community health project, I developed bilingual outreach materials, explained program benefits in plain language, applied eligibility criteria to fictional cases, and prepared referrals for care coordination review.
