I manage a $42 million grant and consortium partner budgets, coordinating program and operations leads on reporting, expenditure approvals, budget adjustments, and cost-modification requests. I lead a 58-person multidisciplinary team, recruit senior staff, conduct performance assessments, and coach senior program leaders. I have built practical learning and accountability into program delivery. In my current role, I established quarterly learning reviews where staff and partners raise challenges and identify performance gaps; I then assign training or technical assistance and follow up on corrective actions.
