In my current managed care security review project, I assessed a simulated claims workflow, traced sensitive information across process steps, and documented security and risk management observations against project policies and standards. My other projects have given me practical exposure to threat detection , security operations, identity and access management , governance, risk and compliance , and security awareness. For example, in a threat detection exercise, I analyzed anonymized event logs, grouped unusual access patterns, and documented a consistent triage approach for a simulated security operations team. I have connected coursework to healthcare workflows through team projects, presentations, and a security awareness handout for students handling sample healthcare data. I am currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity program at the University of Missouri–Kansas City, with graduation expected in 2027, and I am authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship.
