I recorded reproducible troubleshooting steps, checked practice data against source transactions, and compared report totals with Excel workpapers to identify filter and reconciliation issues. I have used Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Projects for support procedures, presentations, and task tracking, and I hold the Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate certification.
