In my current position as Senior Talent Sourcer at Copperline Search Group, I support semiconductor engineering and manufacturing searches, translating hiring needs into targeted plans and building pipelines for specialized talent. The opportunity to focus that experience on niche searches at Summit Ridge is a strong match for the work I value and the expertise I have developed. My current searches combine Advanced Boolean , X-Ray, data mining , browser extensions , and aggregators with individualized email and mobile campaigns, cold calls, social media, and networking. For semiconductor searches, I have developed market maps covering talent availability, industry trends, and salary benchmarks, then shared those findings with hiring groups to guide sourcing priorities and hiring strategies. That work gives recruiters and hiring managers practical market context alongside qualified candidate profiles. I bring nearly five years of sourcing and recruiting experience, a bachelor's degree in human resource management, completed Sourcing Foundation training , and Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification . My experience includes timely candidate screening, accurate and confidential ATS records , managing multiple search deadlines, and inclusive outreach to candidates from diverse backgrounds. I have also supported recruitment marketing and grown talent communities, helping teams maintain connections for future openings. Summit Ridge's focus on hard-to-fill roles and specialized sourcing is a clear fit for my recent semiconductor work and my strengths in research, candidate engagement, and market insight. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my experience can support your recruiters and hiring teams. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to discussing my background and interest in the role. Sincerely, Click to edit Draw your signature below Clear Generate Signature Save X Gianna Gibbs
