In my current role, I lead research engineering for language-model post-training and agentic AI work. I have built evaluation frameworks for tool use, reasoning, memory retention, and refusal behavior, then used those benchmarks to compare model checkpoints with clear capability and alignment measures. I have strong hands-on experience with Python, LLM architectures , supervised fine tuning, reinforcement learning , and reward models. I have built reproducible post-training pipeline workflows from data ingestion and preprocessing through checkpoint validation and deployment. My work includes agent harnesses with context assembly, tool selection, skill routing, and persistent memory, plus RL environments and verifiable reward functions for reasoning tasks. I have profiled multi-GPU training runs and fixed communication stalls, memory issues, and numerical instability. Cascade Silicon Labs interests me for its focus on agent harness research, model fine tuning, and small models that can perform well under edge hardware limits.
