I would see my role as helping make complex capabilities easier for developers and customers to understand and use.
The project helped our team create a clearer and more connected developer experience, and it changed how I evaluate technology businesses. I learned that long term positioning can come from making several parts of a platform work well together, not only from having a strong individual product.
